What is Remote Viewing?

Remote viewing (RV) has been described as a mental faculty that allows a perceiver to describe or give details about a target that is inaccessible to normal senses due to distance, time, or shielding.  A viewer might be asked to describe a location on the other side of the world, which he/she has never visited; or a past or future event; or an object sealed in a container or locked in a room; or perhaps even describe a person or an activity – all without being told anything about the target. RV is a powerful technique that was developed at the Stanford Research Institute and was used by American and Soviet intelligence agencies in psychic espionage. Yet it is a natural human ability and can be learned by anyone.

Why Learn Remote Viewing?

The practice of remote viewing can reveal to you much more than simply hidden or distant targets; it may just reveal the nature of limitless consciousness – who you really are. RV is a discipline that heightens your awareness of your subtle senses and intuitions; the potential for growth, healing and exploration is enormous. Your experience can be growth producing, with detailed resolution depending on what you’re remote viewing and how deeply you go. Remote viewers use RV for healing and to explore the emotional, religious and spiritual world. One can obtain practical and accurate information about your own life, medicine, history, economy, missing loved-ones, or anything one wishes to explore. Through experience with RV we can learn to expand our awareness through space and time – to directly explore the timeless existence described by the mystics. RV was used by intelligence agencies for psychic spying, yet the practice also led many viewers to unintended surprising consequence – profound spiritual realization. SRI physicist Russel Targ said, “I was a psychic spy for the CIA and found God.” The practice of remote viewing is non-local mind revealing itself for us to perceive. Remote viewing also has the advantage of giving you immediate feedback on the accuracy of your perceptions because you find out the details of what and where you were remote viewing after the session. Through the feedback process, your accuracy keeps on increasing and your perceptions get sharper and sharper. These basic processes have been more or less neglected in most other spiritual disciplines. Through RV you learn to “lose your mind and come to your senses”. Most people who experience RV want more of this fascinating multidimensional experience.

Level I:   Coordinate Remote Viewing (CRV) 2-day course ￥37,000

Kyoto: 22-23 May 2010 (weekend)

The goal of CRV is to facilitate the transfer of information from the viewer’s subconscious, across the threshold of awareness, and into waking consciousness, where it can be “decoded” into a form the viewer can express intelligibly. Four stages of CRV will be covered:

Stage 1:  Perception of basic, overall nature of the site or target

Stage 2:  Basic sensory perceptions–tastes, sounds, colors, qualities of light, textures, temperatures, etc.

Stage 3:  Perception of the site’s or target’s dimensional qualities–i.e., height, breadth, width, depth, angularity, curvature, density, etc.  Sketching of viewer perceptions is an important aspect of this stage.

Stage 4:  Perception of increasingly complex and abstract perceptions about the site or target.

Level II:  Extended Remote Viewing (ERV) 2-day course ￥37,000

In this form of RV, the viewer is able to go into a much deeper state of consciousness while laying down with eyes covered, moving below the level of most analytic overlay, often resulting in bilocation, or the feeling of “being at the target”. Both CRV and ERV involve perceiving the subtle, brief and nearly subliminal stream of perceptions in the back of the mind that are usually ignored or neglected while in everyday consciousness. Learning to enter an altered state of consciousness with awareness, then to observe and report perceptions are the primary tasks of the remote viewer.  In ERV we can maintain target contact for longer periods of time, allowing greater scanning and data collection at a deeper level of consciousness, reducing the influence of AOL. We can enter the Great Mind directly.

Kevin Turner and Remote Viewing

Kevin has received remote viewing training from 2 former members of the US Army Intelligence Remote Viewing Project Star Gate, Skip Atwater and David Morehouse. Kevin was not a member of Star Gate, but he has worked on projects providing police with RV data on criminal cases.  Kevin is an On-campus Facilitator of week-long programs at The Monroe Institute, where a number of the Star Gate remote viewers were trained in consciousness development early on in the project.
