薩滿研究基金會所提供的這三年訓練課程，由麥可˙哈納所原創，奠立在他數十年的研究與實驗的基礎上，是薩滿與薩滿療癒的訓練課程當中最進階的，廣被視為全世界無與倫比的。這是密集長期訓練，是漸進式較高層次非常進階的薩滿訓練，包括啟蒙進入稀有且鮮為人知的練習與原理。

台灣三年訓練課程：每年聚會上課兩次，每次六天。
台灣：三年的住宿訓練課程，學員們每年需要在台灣一起聚會二次，每次六天，連續三年，在每二個課程的間隔中，有實際的作業練習。整個訓練課程致力於讓學員儘可能地在這三年課程當中，增進其知識與練習。學員名額有限。課程會在避靜中心進行，住宿與餐食會在報名時安排。如果你想參加2023年開始的三年訓練課程，你可以在課程開始之前，事先申請完成先修課程。

Bali: 這是住宿訓練課程，學員們每年需要在巴里島一起上課12天，連續三年，在每二個課程的間隔中，有實際的作業練習。整個訓練課程致力於讓學員儘可能地在這三年課程當中，增進其知識與練習。學員名額有限。課程會在避靜中心進行，住宿與餐食會在報名時安排。如果你想參加2024年開始的三年訓練課程，你可以事先申請完成先修課程。
先修課程，有二種：一、薩滿研究基金會的1) 基礎課程 — 薩滿之道，2) 薩滿袪除療癒訓練，以及3) 其他的任何二個薩滿研究基金會的二天進階課程；或者是二、二週課程（此課程只開在美國）。成功完成三年訓練課程的人會收到銅版結業證書，由薩滿研究基金會核發。請電郵來函索取相關台灣三年訓練課程資訊與報名表，請洽 info [at] shamanism-asia.com , 每份報名表都會由基金會審核委員會個別評估。
PREREQUISITES: The FSS basic Way of the Shaman course, Shamanic Extraction Healing Training, and 2 other advanced FSS two-day workshops of your choice (total 4 courses), though we recommend 5~7 two-day courses and some practice before applying to this program. There are 2 steps in the application process, and not all applicants are accepted. A certain readiness for this program is required. *[This program is not a teachers’ training program; this is an Advanced Practitioner Training program. Completion of the 3-Year Program does not guarantee later acceptance to teacher training.] **This program is entirely new material and does not repeat nor review 2-day course material. We recommend completing at least 4~7 two-day courses to know if you’re truly interested in committing to this 6-week program.

Each application will be evaluated individually by the Foundation Review Committee; the English program acceptance is limited to 33 persons in Bali. Those who successfully complete the Three-Year program are entitled to receive the Bronze Certificate of Completion, issued upon request by the Foundation for Shamanic Studies.
